Dr. Yue’s current research interests include intelligent photonics, optical communications and networking, optical interconnect, detection, imaging and display technology, integrated photonics, free-space, and fiber optics. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >9,000 citations, four edited books, >50 issued or pending patents, >100 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >10 plenaries, and >30 keynote talks). Zhu Han received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, in 1997, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1999 and 2003, respectively. From 2000 to 2002, he was an R&D Engineer of JDSU, Germantown, Maryland. From 2003 to 2006, he was a Research Associate at the University of Maryland. From 2006 to 2008, he was an assistant professor at Boise State University, Idaho. Currently, he is a John and Rebecca Moores Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department as well as in the Computer Science Department at the University of Houston, Texas. His research interests include wireless resource allocation and management, wireless communications and networking, game theory, big data analysis, security, and smart grid. Dr. Han received an NSF Career Award in 2010, the Fred W. Ellersick Prize of the IEEE Communication Society in 2011, the EURASIP Best Paper Award for the Journal on Advances in Signal Processing in 2015, IEEE Leonard G. Abraham Prize in the field of Communications Systems (best paper award in IEEE JSAC) in 2016, and several best paper awards in IEEE conferences. Dr. Han was an IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Lecturer from 2015-2018, AAAS fellow since 2019, and ACM distinguished Member since 2019. Dr. Han is 1% a highly cited researcher since 2017 according to Web of Science. Dr. P K Dash is a dedicated fraternity on Aerospace education and currently working as a Professor and Head in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering, NMIT, Bangalore, India. Somani is Anson Marston Distinguished Professor, Philip, and Virginia Sproul Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and is serving as Senior Associate Dean for the College of Engineering at Iowa State University. His research interests are in the design and implementation of scalable and dependable high-speed computing and networking systems, optical fiber networks, critical infrastructure protection, and image-based navigation. He has published more than 400 technical papers and 12 patents and supervised more than 125 graduate students. He has delivered several tutorials, keynote, distinguished, and invited talks all over the world. Prof. Simon X. Yang received the B.Sc. degree in engineering physics from Beijing University, China in 1987, the first of two M.Sc degrees in biophysics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 1990, the second M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston, the USA in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada in 1999. Prof. Yang joined the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph, Canada in 1999. Currently, he is a Professor and the Head of the Advanced Robotics & Intelligent Systems (ARIS) Laboratory at the University of Guelph in Canada. Prof. Yang has diversified research expertise. His research interests include intelligent systems, robotics, control systems, sensors, multi-sensor fusion, wireless sensor networks, intelligent communication, intelligent transportation, machine learning, and computational neuroscience. Prof. Yang has been very active in professional activities. Prof. Yang serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Robotics and Automation, and an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence, and several other journals. He has been involved in the organization of many international conferences.
Dr. Amjad Anvari-Moghaddam is an A/Professor and Leader of Intelligent Energy Systems and Flexible Markets (iGRIDS) Research Group at the Department of Energy (AAU Energy), Aalborg University where he is also acting as the Vice-Leader of Power Electronic Control, Reliability and System Optimization (PESYS) and the coordinator of Integrated Energy Systems Laboratory (IES-Lab). His research interests include planning, control, and operation management of microgrids, renewable/hybrid power systems, and integrated energy systems with appropriate market mechanisms. He has (co)authored more than 250 technical articles, five books, and nine book chapters in the field and made a Guest Professor stay with Technische University Munchen, Germany during November/December of 2021. Dr. Nicolas G. Constantin, Senior Member IEEE, received his B.Eng. degree in 1989 from the Ecole de Technologie Superieure (ETS) - University of Quebec, Canada, his M.A.Sc. degree in 1994 from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, Canada, and his Ph.D. degree in 2009 from McGill University, Canada, all in electrical engineering. He is currently an Associate Professor at the ETS, Montreal, Canada. From 1989 to 1992 he worked in the design of microwave transceivers for point-to-point radio links. From 1996 to 1998 he worked as an RF design engineer at NEC, in the development of RF and microwave transceivers for mobile telephony. From 1998 to 2002 he was a senior design engineer at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., California, USA, where he developed GaAs HBT RFIC PAs for wireless communications. At Skyworks, he was also actively involved in research on smart biasing and efficiency improvement techniques for RFIC PAs, and he is the author of several patents on the subject. He was the recipient of a doctoral scholarship from the Natural Science and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) of Canada, and a doctoral scholarship from the ETS. His primary research interests are in the design and test of analog, RF & Millimeter-wave ICs, and Front-End modules for wireless communications. He conducts research in collaboration with major companies in the wireless communication and aerospace industry.

Prof. Abhishek Sharma received a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from ITM-Gwalior, India, in 2012, and a master’s degree in Robotics Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India, in 2014. In 1991-1995 he was the Russian Manager of two international (Russian-Bulgarian) research projects in the field of multiphase inverter-fed AC electric drives. In 2019 he was a Visiting Professor of Munich Technical University (TUM), Munich, Germany. Now he has more than 220 published research works and inventions.
Dr. MOHSIN JADOON received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electronic Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, and from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI),Pakistan, in 2007 and 2011. He did Ph.D. in Split degree program i.e. course work from IIUI and research from Queen Merry University (QMU), London, the UK in 2018. Currently, he is a post-doctorate research fellow at the Department of Radiology and Imaging, Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA. He is also Lecturer with the Electrical Engineering Department, International Islamic University Islamabad. His research interests include Signal & Processing, Sensors, and biomedical Imaging.

Dr. Yihua Hu is the group head of electrical engineering at the University of York, and a Fellow of IET. He was awarded the Royal Society Industry Fellowship and EPSRC Power Electronics Centre Impact Acceleration Fellowship in 2020 and 2017 respectively. He has published 120 journal papers in IEEE Transactions journals (top journals in electrical engineering). According to Google Scholar, since 2016, citations are over 6000, with an h-index of 46. He is the author of 15 patents and serves as an Associate Editor of IEEE Trans. on Industrial Electronics, Scientific Reports, and IET Renewable Power Generation. His research interests include renewable generation, electric vehicles, smart energy conversion systems, and non-destructive test technology. His supervised Ph.D. student is awarded IET Postgraduate Award 2021.

Subsequently, she was awarded a doctorate of philosophy and accomplished the thesis for her Ph.D. entitled “Analysis and Modeling of Multi-Port DC-DC Boost Converter for Hybrid Power Generation System” at Anna University, Chennai.
