Registration Policies

General

The Organizers are not responsible for any damage or loss of Properties/Belongings or any personal injuries during the conference or as a result of the conference.

The Organizers reserve all the rights to make any changes of conference without prior notice, in case of necessary.

Any cancellation or modification of registration (or) any changes in Name/Address/Affiliation must be made in writing to respective conference contact mail id before 30 days of conference.

Registration Policy

Registrations can be done through online/offline/wire transfers. (Checks are not accepted)

Online Registrations can be done through respective conference website where you have to reach the registration page and enter your credit card/debit card/PayPal details.

If you are not able to register through online, you can register through offline. For offline registrations, you will have to provide your card details over the phone to +91-9100330643 which will be processed by our accounts executive. (We are assuring that we will not store any Credit/Debit card data and the received data will be destroyed once it processed)

For wire transfers, Account Details will be provided by mail/fax on request.

Once the registration is done successfully, you will be acknowledged with an official payment receipt from respective conference coordinator. You are requested to review the receipt once received and inform the coordinator in case of any changes required in receipt such as Name, Address, etc.,. By registering the conference, you will have the access to all main sessions of conference, Exhibition, Poster Sessions, Lunch and Coffee breaks during the conference.

Transfer of Registration

If registered person is not able to attend the conference, the registration can be transferred to other person on request. Transfers must be requested by the registered person in writing to respective conference contact mail id. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration cannot be transferred if it is informed within 30 days of respective conference.

Once the registration is transferred to other person, it is not eligible for refund.

Postponement

If the organizer postpones the conference for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another conference within organization or you can transfer the registration to other person.

Cancellation Policy

If the organizer cancels this conference for any reason except Natural Disasters, Terrorism Activity and Pandemic Situations, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another conference within organization or you can transfer the registration to other person.

If the conference is cancelled due to Natural Disasters, Terrorism Activity and Pandemic Situation, Refunds will not be applicable.

“In case the conference schedule is threaten by Pandemic Situation, The conference will be held online on same dates. Registration fee will not be refunded. Accommodation Charges, if any, will be refunded. Registered Participants can attend the conference via recommended online platform and also they are welcomed to attend next physical conference without any registration.”

Refund Policy

If the registered person is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or conference, then the following refund arrangements apply:

By considering the advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following:

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • All Refund requests must be made in writing to respective conference contact mail id.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving refund request.
  • All refunds will be credited to source account only (i.e. the account which is used for registration)

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. So that we will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.

Authorization Policy

By registering the conference you grant permission to PAGES to photograph, film or record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation. Photography and/or videotaping during any session is prohibited. Contact us for any queries.
