Theme: Accelerating Research in Food Technology and Nutritional Science

The International Conference on Nutritional Science & Food Technology (ICNSFT-2020) organized by PAGES Conferences and planned to be held during August 03-04, 2020, San Antonio, USA aims at discussing the latest trends, discoveries, new approaches and advanced technologies in Food Technology and Nutritional Science. In addition to attending informative and inspiration keynote addresses, plenary talks and lectures on the conference’s subject and  theme, participants will be able to take part in brain storming discussions and debates, poster and video presentations, and workshops and exhibitions that will enhance their knowledge of food and nutritional science and its related industries.

With world food retail sales generating over US$ 4 trillion per year and associated markets including beverages, fitness nutrition, food supplements and others rapidly increasing their market value year on year, the global food industry is poised to increase at a fast pace. Food technology is one of the primary factors in this industry and is concerned with transformation of raw ingredients into food - and of food into other forms - by physical, chemical or microbiological methods.

From sourcing raw materials to producing marketable food products, food technology deals with all the aspects of food processing. It further ensures that foods sourced can be easily prepared, packaged, canned and marketed to serve consumers across the world. Nutritional Science is concerned with all the procedures that are engaged with how life forms get supplements, consumes, digests and utilizes them for supporting greater life forms

This global event is anticipated to be a wonderful platform for companies dealing with nutritional products and supplements and also for business entrepreneurs dealing with food processing machinery to exhibit their products at the exhibition.
